At Kinneil Fitness we provide a range of classes for you to join in on. If you are new to exercising in a gym setting or you regularly go to gyms, we will have something you will enjoy!

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Strength and conditioning is more than lifting weights - it encompasses the entire development of the body and what is needed to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one piece of the jigsaw.
Learn all about Olympic weightlifting and gain its benefits. Quite simply, Olympic weightlifting can completely change one’s holistic levels of strength and fitness.

Metafit is a high intensity workout including a series of body weights exercises with interval style training, designed to keep the body burning calories long after your training session is completed.
Metapwr is a metabolic resistance workout, combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximise calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout
As we are both ex-military we aim to make our boot camp as authentic as possible. We run our boot camps inside and outside for variety. You will find yourself conducting a wide range of exercises that will challenge your mind and body.
Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports.
Exercising and strengthening your core is incredibly important. Improving your core results in improved balance and stability. Your posture will also improve which can prevent back pain.
